Pediatric Cancer Services

St. Joseph's Medical Center and the Pediatric Hematology Oncology Medical Group of Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland have joined together to provide pediatric hematology oncology services in Stockton. 

Outreach services are provided by Caroline Hastings, MD, and Carolyn Hoppe, MD.  The physicians come from Oakland Children's Hospital to St. Joseph's Regional Cancer Center once a month to see pediatric patients diagnosed with cancer or blood disorders.

The St. Joseph's pediatric hematology / oncology clinic reduces the need for patients and their families to travel to the Bay Area for this specialized care. The services include:

• comprehensive consultations
• chemotherapy
• infusion therapy
• transfusion services
