St. Joseph's Community Home Care is also a licensed home health agency specializing in hourly care. This agency is designed to promote independence by offering a variety of personal care and licensed care services in Stockton and the surrounding area.

Services provided:

• Personal Care/Respite Services includes assistance with bathing, dressing meal preparation, light housekeeping and general care needs. 
• Licensed Care includes assistance with intravenous (IV), oral and injected medications, wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, ventilator care and more.
